Dead Girl Diaries Kitchener Launch

 What supernatural and spooky delight. I celebrated my birthday and the launching of Dead Girl Diaries with a bash reminiscent of an Irish wake – ghosts, the grim reaper, and a heavenly harpist all in attendance.  

And what great friends and readers – willing to go along with the fun by coming out to a ghoulish book signing and birthday party. May you always live your life first person, present tense!

A special thank you to Sheku and Kaitlyn for making such creative and tasty cakes featuring the cover of Dead Girl Diaries and a 3-D graveyard.

Thank you to Aaron for creating the haunted setting complete with cemetery, flying ghost and gargoyles, and to Samantha for exhibiting such good humour and patience when we turned her dance studio into a haunted house.

I am grateful to Kristen for her immense help in setting up the event, to Leslie for recording the book launch part for “posterity” by taking such vivid and telling photos, and to my husband Bob for always being there for me.
